COVID-19 Update, March 2021:
Dear Prospective Parents and Caregivers,
Woodland Schoolhouse reopened entirely outdoors as of September 2020. We’ve always been a small, “mostly outdoor” school so, fortunately, this has been a natural and minimal shift for us. We are taking COVID precautions very seriously and have implemented many new routines and policies designed to keep our environment as safe as possible while open.
I’m deeply thankful for the opportunity to offer a joyful, outdoor environment where your child can grow and thrive with a small, consistent group of friends this year. Our class is now full for the 2021-22 school year, but I invite you to fill out our wait pool form so I may reach out if we have an unexpected opening.
I’m making adjustments to our touring and enrollment process in an effort to reduce in-person visits during the pandemic.
1.) Review FAQ’s to be sure your child is eligible to join our program.
2.) Submit wait pool application (link above). I’ve shifted to a “wait pool” as opposed to “wait list” – which just means instead of moving down a list in chronilogical order, I may select a child whose age or developmental stage is the best fit for the open space.
3.) When it looks like a space is likely to become available, I’ll reach out to schedule a phone call first to discuss the program and any questions you may have. If you have questions prior to that, please feel free to include them on your wait pool form or email me at email@example.com.
4.) If you’re still interested in pursuing enrollment after our call, we will schedule an in-person visit (outdoors with masks and distance).
I look forward to hearing from you!
